My birth name is Katherine Cryer-Hassett, though many know me as Kat. Spirit calls me Mana, so I do also identify with Mana as my Divine name.
At an early age I was sensing Spirits and had “imaginary friends.” I quickly became obsessed with everything paranormal or psychic related. I was also fascinated with Native American and Egyptian culture. I found that they held similar principles as I adhere to, and my soul recognized a connection there that deeply resonated for me. I took a psychic development class at the age of 15 to strengthen my gifts. All the meanwhile I was dancing, singing and acting in the theatre.
Movement has also always held importance for me. I discovered that there was potential for the skills used in the theatre and in movement, to be used towards healing. After experiencing some childhood trauma I found that my intuition had felt quieted. It wasn’t until I got certified to be a Reiki Master in 2013 that they felt awakened again. Skip forward to 2021 when I took a course to develop my Mediumship skills and my intuition seemed to blast open. I started receiving lightcodes regularly without knowing what they were at first. I started moving my body and realized I could channel those light codes, known as Light Language, via my body, whether it be through movement, or song.
I now offer Channeled Readings (intuitive messages), Light Sessions (energy healing), Sound Baths (sound healing), and a Movement Therapy (Dolphin Moves) session which utilizes Feldenkrais work that has been expanded with the Pleiadians. The Movement Therapy session focuses on Brain Repatterning, helping the body reform our original neural pathways, so we can utilize our energy more efficiently.
I take great care in what I do and I genuinely want to help people be the best versions of themselves they can possibly be. If you choose to work with me, I consider it an honor and privilege to do so. So you can trust that I do not take this work lightly, and it is approached with care and heart-centered intention.

My gifts as a Channel, Medium, Lightworker, and Empath, enable me to see/feel where there are blockages in the body. These energetic blockages are trapped emotional/mental energies in the body, and can eventually manifest as physical injury or “dis-ease.” My goal is to provide you with some tools by the end of a session, for you to work on transmuting the blocks on your own.
I pride myself on promoting self-reliance and listening to what your body and intuition tell you. Nobody can tell you what is best for your body, over yourself. I don’t claim to be a guru nor will I ever attempt to imply the need to return for my services, in order to be “healed.” My focus is on pro-active healing by helping you listen to and integrate with your Higher Self, through Spirit-recommended holistic foods based on your current energy, as well as varied movements that can help free up any stagnant energy, further promoting the body’s natural inclination to heal itself.
