1. Light Sessions

For those looking to rebalance their energy, alleviate stress, heal trauma, improve their sleep, mindset, and emotional state. This session provides deep cellular healing through the transmission of Energy Healing from Source.

  • This session takes place seated or lying down. A blanket or pillow is welcome if you’d like to relax more fully into the session.

    During this session I’ll have Solfeggio frequencies played in the background, while working on your energy.

    The Zoom session will be held for 10 minutes maximum beyond the allotted time for the session, to ensure you are comfortable and any questions are answered. Light Language is then transmitted for the duration booked.

2. Sound Bowl Sessions

For those seeking a simple and deep way to renew a sense of calm and happiness in their lives.

  • Takes place lying down in a comfortable position (pillow beneath the knees and head is recommended).

    Zoom session will be capped at 10 minutes beyond the specified appointment slot, to allot for preparation for the client’s needs, and any closing remarks. This is for you if you need help meditating, unwinding, alleviating stress, or help with sleep.

3. Channeled Sessions

For those seeking clarity and advice from a higher perspective.

  • 60 minute Channeled Reading Session

    Have the questions you’re seeking guidance on, ready for the session. There is no limit to how many questions are asked within the hour. Client is sitting and awake for the reading and is done through zoom. A zoom link will be sent to you upon booking.

    • Emerge with a renewed sense of empowerment and inner strength

4. Dolphin Moves

For those looking to improve their range of motion, relieve body pain, and regain full function of their primary faculties.

  • Note: This session is essentially a light, movement meditation.

    Client will be laying down for the duration of the session, with their eyes closed.

    It is required that no tight fitting clothing be worn, as well as no jewelry, glasses, contacts, belts or anything constricting or hindering the body from movement.

    I’ll walk you through simple movements (i.e. slowly move your head to the left, now back to center) while helping you sustain focus on the entirety of your body, while carrying out the guided movement work.

    Zoom session will be scheduled for an hour and a half, to ensure the client has enough time to complete the movements without being rushed.

    It is required that you abstain from reading, exercise, work, television/device use for a minimum of 1 hour after the session.

    If you think you’ll struggle with abstaining from these things, please consider upgrading to the Sonar Package to achieve maximum results and help with the integration process.

  • Estimated 2 hr. 15 min. (with 5-10 min. break)

    There is a brief recess (10 min) after the Dolphin Moves to ensure the client is comfortable or needs to use the restroom before settling for the sound bath to follow.

    Zoom session is scheduled for 2.5 hours to ensure enough time for the movement portion, as well as the break between segments.

    This is helpful for those who struggle to abstain from the required 1 hr break after the Dolphin Moves, or for those who want to maximize the healing effects of the original Dolphin Moves session.
